Hi! I know its been awhile, but school has kept me super busy! I thought I'd show you how I warm up before rehersal!
First, I see if I can balance with one arm and one leg in the air.
Next, I lift my back high in the air like a cat.
Then I sit with my legs stretched out and my arms as high as they can go.
Finally, I end in first position. Thanks for looking catch ya later!
